I especially want to thank you for providing us with the outstanding leadership skills of Mark Szyperski. His wisdom, energy and positive personality enabled us to provide the shuttle services in the manner that I had hoped for. We were told hundreds and hundreds of times by the attendees how much they appreciated the efficiency of our shuttle service. I give all the credit to Mark’s counsel and dedication. He stayed with us the entire time from 7:00 AM to after 10:30 PM throughout the convention and was able to keep everything on schedule and running smoothly. I also want to thank your drivers. They were always smiling and pleasant. We had many, many comments about their outstanding service. They were a great group to work with and were truly appreciated. All, in all, the service that your company provided was excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way. I will be delighted to recommend Anchor Trailways Tours to anyone needing your services.
