Anchor Trailways & Tours Receives Outstanding Marketer Awards
Anchor Trailways & Tours was recognized in four out of four Best of Marketing categories at this year’s 73rd National Meeting of Trailways Transportation System attended by more than 80 member companies across the US. “Anchor Trailways & Tours is honored to receive this national recognition of our promotions educating the travelling public about the safe, economical and eco-friendly aspects of motorcoach travel.” said Jared Stancil, Vice President of Anchor Trailways & Tours.
Anchor Trailways & Tours, who qualified in the business revenue category of $5 million and above, received awards in the following categories:
• Product-Service Literature for their general motorcoach/group sales materials,
• Magazine/Publication Advertisement promoting their group motorcoach division, specifically targeting sports team travel,
• Public Relations/Promotions in recognition of their Stuff-A-Bus program to collect toys and clothing for children at the Nashville Rescue Mission during Christmas, and
• Utilization of the World Wide Web to promote their Holiday World Express service which runs during the summer months and provides safe, comfortable and convenient travel between Murfreesboro, TN and the theme park in Santa Clause, IN with stops along the way.
