It’s been roughly a month since the ATRunner line run service began operating. This weekend we attended the Living Green Expo at The Factory in Franklin, TN to encourage the use of motorcoach transportation. According to the Union of Concerned Scientists, a couple riding a motorcoach produces nearly 50 percent less global warming pollution than they would driving a hybrid car. A study from Depaul University reports that “The growth of new bus operators over the past year has reduced the carbon dioxide emissions by an estimated 36,000 tons”. It is clear that motorcoach transportation is indeed “Green”.
